Delete your account

You can delete your Crescent Royale account and your data on our server at any time. The fastest way is inside the game.

Inside the game

1. Open the game and tap ACCOUNT on the main screen.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately and the game starts again as a new guest.

If you cannot open the game

Send us your player code (shown on the ACCOUNT screen), or your Google email address if you signed in with Google, and we will carry out the same deletion within 30 days: info@nedese.com

What is deleted

Your account, device records, Google link, player name, coins, gems and characters, and your event and match records are deleted. Purchase records are kept for the legally required period but are detached from your account. Deletion cannot be undone. Characters bought on Google Play are restored when you open the game with the same Google Play account.
